Do-It-Yourself Portraits ("DIY") warrants its products to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If DIY deems any of its products to be found defective by or in the manufacturing process, DIY will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product with an identical or like product. This warranty does not apply to any product found to be misused or abused. DIY is not responsible for any repercussions associated with the use, misuse, or abuse of any supplied product or accessory found in any of its products, and is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any potentially defective product to DIY; however we will assume the shipping costs associated with sending a replacement product back to the claiming party. Replacement products will be shipped by a method deemed appropriate to DIY.
