Activating HomeStudio -- See the Activation Tutorial for the quick, 1-minute solution to getting rid of the watermark on your photos or exported projects. 5. Warranty Support -- See our warranty for information on returning any defective products within the warranty period. 6. Finally, if these fail, we have email technical support that will respond typically within one business day. Please note that telephone technical support is not available at the present time, and any calls into our sales department will have to be referred to a voice mail system that is answered typically within 24 to 48 hours.
